I AM worried.

All the recent talk about Trident has made me realise that, far from being defended against attack, ever since Trident was located on the Clyde we have actually been an enemy's first target. And, if we were going to be attacked, they probably wouldn't tell us first - remember Pearl Harbour?

And if Faslane was targeted with a nuclear warhead, it would be goodbye, Glasgow and West of Scotland,

So, without wishing harm to fellow UK citizens, I think it would make good sense to relocate to the Thames estuary or the Norfolk Broads. This gives quicker access to eastern waters, as it is unlikely that any threat would come from Ireland or the US.

It may also concentrate politicians' minds about having it at all. Although they may be more likely to then re-locate Westminster. Perhaps even to Glasgow. Now there's a thought.
