There is a continuing need for affordable housing in the Leith Ports area

I WRITE in response to Forth Port's renewed vision for Leith ("Ocean Terminal shopping centre is put up for sale", The Herald, July 4).

While it now looks likely that Leith Docks will remain as an operating port providing a welcome source of employment in the area, the aim of creating new mixed-use communities in Western Harbour and in Granton remains.
