Deep thinking on a soap night

The genius of Charles Darwin Channel 4, 8pm Doctors BBC1, 1.45pm There is a big problem with Richard Dawkins's series The Genius of Charles Darwin. Those who tune in to watch the Oxford professor explain, investigate and support Darwin's theory of evolution - based on his book, The Origin of Species, which is 150 years old this year - probably already believe in it, or at least know all about it. On a Monday soap night, are the masses he clearly wants to convince really going to be flicking channels? And, if they do, will the site of fossils and stuffed animals stop them from flicking back?
