Des Browne drawn into talks on more devolution

Des Browne, the Scottish Secretary, was yesterday drawn into cross-party talks about changes to Scottish home rule. Labour, LibDem and Conservative leaders at Holyrood met for the first time yesterday, and agreed the next stage will be to draw in their Scottish leaders at Westminster.
