Fashion host Gail McInnes, named Communicator of the Year at the Scottish Fashion Awards 2011, reveals her essential beauty products.

Glasgow born Gail McInnes has been in the fashion industry for fifteen years. Now based in Toronto, she is fashion host for TDotTV and owner of Magnet Creative Management.

Chanel Sublimage Essential Regenerating fluide (£140)

I put it on a night and wake up with the softest skin ever.

Kevin Murphy Powder.Puff (£15.49)

I love creating different hairstyle, especially retro styles, this is the perfect product to use; it keeps my hair in place and helps make it do what I want it to do.

Body Shop Body Butter (£13)

After a nice bath, this is the best thing to put on my skin. I have it in almost all the scents, but my favourite is the Brazil Nut, smells so good I want to eat it.

Clarins Fix Make-up (£21)

This is one of my secrets to setting my makeup. A quick spray before I go out and I don't have to worry about having to touch up my makeup during an event.

Elizabeth Grant Caviar Hand Cream (£33.25)

This is the best hand cream I've ever used. It absorbs perfectly into your hands, leaving them moisturised, but not with that greasy after feel.

John Frieda Luxurious Volume Anytime Volume Refresher (£4)

One of my other must-have products for hair styling. It's great mid-day to give your style that extra boost.

Elabloom Nourishing Facial Oil (not available in UK as yet)

This is a new product I was recently introduced to. It contains a plant extracts and is all-natural, it really does nourish my skin and gives it a nice glow.
