The rider, captain of the British Olympic road race team and a stage winner in this year's Tour de France, has shared his musings on fashion website Mr Porter.
Millar, nicknamed "le Dandy" by the French, gave his top style tip as: "Being drunk when you get dressed. It always works out for the best."
