Victoria Beckham, who won the 2011 Brand of The Year Award, is again nominated in the category and has a second nomination in the Red Carpet Award. She will be one of the headline names at the event.
One of the most hotly contested categories will be Model of The Year. British 21-year-old Cara Delevinge won last year's award, but will have stiff competition from Burberry girl Sam Rollinson, and Vogue favourite Edie Campbell.
There are 11 categories in total including Best Creative Campaign Award and the British Style Award. The British Style Award is publicly voted for and Alexa Chung is an early favourite. The model has claimed category for the last three years in a row.
The Womenswear designer of the Year Award favourite is Sarah Burton. The Alexander McQueen designer became publicly known after designing Kate Middleton's wedding dress.
The biggest shock of the nominations is that critically acclaimed designer Stella McCartney was not nominated for a single award. This comes after she won both Designer of the Year and Designer Brand of the year at last year's ceremony.
The nominations were drawn up by a panel made up of 200 members of the fashion industry.
This is the first year where the award will be available to the public, with tickets available for £45 for the London event.
