This animated tale of flies that hitch a ride on a space mission is rather an ugly bug. Shot in 3D, it breaks new ground in 'toon land, but otherwise it's a familiar tale of having a dream and going for it. Very young cinemagoers will have fun donning the special 3D shades and reaching out to the creatures that seem to whizz out of the screen. The trouble is that flies just aren't very cute, and their younger siblings - maggots - are frankly disgusting. Stick around at the end for an appearance by Buzz Aldrin.
