Following the success of the Irn Bru ice lollies earlier in the year, Scotland's favourite ginger fizz has announced that a pop-up store selling merchandise has opened.

The pop-up store, which is made entirely out of Irn Bru orange shipping containers, will give the public the chance to buy limited edition merchandise for a four-week period.

Inr Bru celebrated the launch with actress and star of its recent IRN in Our Blood advert, Danna Sim.

The first of its kind in Scotland, the Irn Bru store is situated in Glasgow's Merchant City, bringing a unique retail experience to the city.  The two-storey shop forms a 180 square metre retail space (equal to four badminton courts) transforming a previously unused building site. The IRN-BRU Store offers a wide range of limited edition merchandise; from key rings, hoodies and umbrellas to onesies, pyjamas and cufflinks ranging from £1 to £35. All post-operation profits will be donated to The Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice's Brick by Brick appeal.

Adrian Troy, Head of Marketing for A.G. Barr, said: "Opening our first Irn Bru Store today marks an iconic moment in our brand's history. It's an incredibly exciting occasion and we are proud to be able to support The Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice appeal."

The store is situated on the corner of Glasgow's Wilson Street and Candleriggs.
