Ingredients

3 oz white rum

½ oz Chambord

Ginger ale

Mint leaves

Fresh raspberries

2 slices lime

Method

1  Fill a tall glass with ice, mint leaves and fresh raspberries and muddle until both berries and leaves have released their juices.

2  Add rum, Chambord, lime slices and as much ginger ale as you desire.
