DIY Cocktails: a festive snowball

Toast the first snow fall of the season with a fitting drink and treat your guests to the sparkling, crisp flavours of this Christmas-party favourite.

Like the Art Deco surroundings of Rogano, this cocktail is classic - with just a slightly creamier touch than the old favourite, perfect for an indulgent festive season.

Fleeting, like snow itself, pour the drink in a short glass and serve only on special occasions…before you know it you will have a new winter tradition to mark the first glimpse of the white stuff.

Ingredients

2 oz of advocaat

½ oz of cognac

A splash of lime juice

Chilled, clear lemonade

Preparation

1 Mix advocaat, cognac and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.

2 Pour into a short glass and fill to the brim with lemonade.
