Baby Prince George was christened last week, and although the official guest list to the ceremony comprised of a modest 22 people, there's no reason why we can't wet the baby's head with a suitably royal cocktail of our own.

Infused with Earl Gray tea, this drink is as civilised as they come, with its delicate, citrusy flavours suitably fresh for an early afternoon occasion.

Gin, tea and lemon juice come together as elegantly as Prince George's mother's wardrobe, just add a spoonful of sugar and your drink is ready to sip.

Serve up in a china tea cup for maximum impact.
