That's why this week's cocktail takes inspiration from the sunshine state, Florida.
A favourite at our Oyster bar, the bright colours of Grenadine, pineapple and orange instantly evoke a sunnier mood…too good to save for summer.
2 oz of Grenadine syrup
2 ½ oz of pineapple juice
½ teaspoon of icing sugar
1 Fill a coconut glass with ice and add Grenadine syrup.
2 In a blender cup add two cubes of ice and the remaining ingredients.
3 Blend for ten seconds.
4 Slowly pour into glass to float the juice on top of the Grenadine syrup.
5 Garnish with a cherry, mint leaf and orange slice
