This week marks the start of Milan Fashion Week (February 25 - March 5) when the crème-de-la-crème of the fashion industry comes together to enjoy the three 'C's: chic styles, catwalks and Cosmopolitans.
While we can't help with the flight fare or fashion labels, we have the Cosmos covered.
A tipple that never goes out of style, the Cosmopolitan found fame as the girly drink of choice in Sex and the City. Not too sweet or too tart, it's easy to make and even easier to enjoy.
A soft mix of vodka, triple sec and cranberry juice, the zesty taste of the Cosmopolitan does well not to overwhelm or clash… unlike many outfits we'll no doubt see this week.

Ingredients
2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. triple sec
3/4 oz. cranberry juice
Dash of fresh lime juice
Orange peel/twist
ice
Preparation
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
Add the measures of vodka, triple sec,
Top with cranberry juice to desired strength and add lime juice
Shake the cocktail shaker thoroughly
Garnish with orange peel/twist
