The beautiful weather is still lasting and the outdoor terraces of Rogano and the surrounding bars and restaurants are full with people basking in the glow of the sun.
We've even heard some people complain it's too hot! Why not revitalise yourself from the heat by making your own outdoor restaurant and having a picnic. While we wouldn't advise to drink your Picnic in the Park actually in the park, what with it being illegal, it's the perfect excuse to sit in the garden and enjoy this simple yet stylish drink.
You'll be left feeling as refreshed as a stroll in a spring shower.

Ingredients
3 oz unflavored vodka
1 1/2 oz lemonade (Rogano recommends sugar free)
Splash fresh lemon juice
Method
1 Shake all three ingredients together with ice and strain into a martini glass.
2 Garnish with an orange wedge and serve.
