As the official drink of Puerto Rico, the fruity blend of pineapple and coconut always transports me into the Caribbean after just one sip. Getting caught in the rain isn't required for this delicious cocktail - but the ingredients below are!
You will need:
6oz of rum (we recommend Bacardi Black Rum)
6oz of cream of coconut
8oz of pineapple juice
5 ice cubes
1 pineapple wedge
1 maraschino cherry
1 Fill a blender halfway with ice cubes.
2 Add rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice.
3 Blend until smooth and frosty.
4 Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
