"Release Chicken" is Alex R's crepe filling of choice: "chicken, sweetcorn, sun-dried tomatoes, cheese and fresh spinach, with a few added drops of Encoma hot sauce to give it a bit of a kick. It only took around five minutes to make, and it was absolutely delicious".
