The Foodies' Guide to Glasgow and the West aims to shed light on the sustainability and provenance of Scottish produce, how and where it is used and provide inspiration to presentation with a selection of mouth-watering photographs.
The guide contains recipes from restaurants and cafes such as Cafezique, Two Fat Ladies, Ox & Finch, and Lebowskis as well as interviews with Glasgow favourites including James vs Burger and Hardeep Singh Kohli among others.
Fraser Wilson, who compiled the guide, said: "The Foodies' Guide to Glasgow and the West is for food lovers and foodies who want to find out more about the scene and to try recipes from their favourite restaurants at home. It is also aimed at tourists or people coming to the area who want to know where to go for the best of Scottish cooking.
"On top of this, the book provides 50p per book sale to Mary's Meals - a fantastic charity that does so much more than this book could ever hope to. Tony Begley from the charity gave a fantastic speech on the night, but people need to show their support for the charity. They can do that by buying the book."
The Foodies' Guide to Glasgow and the West is priced at £9, with 50p per book sale donated to food chairty Mary's Meals, and is available to buy from Amazon.
