Glasgow's newest brewery Drygate is the beer baby conceived by drinks manufacturer C&C and Williams Bros.

Located in the east end, patrons can not only enjoy Drygate's own brews but also a wide selection of food thanks to a collaboration with The Vintage resturant in Leith, who provide the brewery's edible output.

In particular, Drygate's grazing menu excels with a variety of inventive flavour combinations and charcuterie. Genial bar staff are on-hand to advise the best options. Highlights from the small plates menu include octopus pastrami, seaweed salami, plus the resturant's own hop salt butter.
