Scots chef ups game to clinch top award

A Scots chef has raised his game to win a prestigious culinary award.

Orry Shand, of Number One at The Balmoral in Edinburgh, impressed a panel of judges, which included Michelin star chefs Tom Kitchin and Martin Wishart, to win the Game Chef of the Year 2013 title.
