Lucinda Bruce-Gardyne, who founded booming gluten free brand Genius, says the entrepreneur award offers a terrific opportunity to spread the word about new up-coming companies.

Ms Bruce-Gardyne received the Ernst & Young Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year award in October 2012. Since then her company has become a brand leader and trebled the overall gluten free bread market in the UK to more than £40 million.
