The Sunday Herald is the youngest national newspaper in Scotland. It was launched in 1999, on the eve of devolution. The Sunday Herald's ambition was to attract a younger readership than that of more traditional newspapers and it has largely been successful in achieving that. The newspaper has established itself as a leading voice in the Scottish newspaper scene, successfully moving from Broadsheet to Tabliod in Nov 2005, the first Sunday newspaper in Scotland to do so.

The Evening Times is Glasgow's only dedicated evening newspaper and has served the city since 1876. It is a campaigning paper at the heart of a community. Producing two editions every day, the Evening Times includes all the latest breaking news alongside the most comprehensive local coverage of all that is happening in Glasgow and across the west of Scotland. Its vending teams are a familiar sight on the streets of the city centre delivering the latest news to the public hot off the press.
