The Herald’s charity calendar is back and once again you can buy it online.
With the continued popularity of The Herald Picture of the Day and the quality of the readers’ photograph’s submitted, we have once again decided to publish the best images from the past year in a 2013 Herald charity calendar for everyone to enjoy.
The calendar is 320mm x 470mm and contains 12 double-page spreads with memo block dates. All proceeds from the calendar will go to The Beatson Oncology Centre Fund.
The Beatson Oncology Centre Fund was established to manage donations to The Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre and this has evolved as a Fund which provides extras for the care and comfort of patients attending for treatment, training and education of staff within the Centre, the purchase of major equipment/capital items and support of minor research projects. The Fund endeavours to keep the Centre as attractive as possible and to see that the most up to date useful pieces of nursing equipment are available. Anything supported by the Fund would not otherwise be funded from NHS resources and, therefore, donations are welcomed and valued.
The Herald 2013 charity calendar costs £6, including VAT, with £2.50 from every single sale going direct to The Beatson Oncology Centre Fund. The remainder covers costs only.
