A salesman has lost more than £600,000 worth of jewellery after it was stolen as he browsed the shelves of a busy charity shop.

A salesman has lost more than £600,000 worth of jewellery after it was stolen as he browsed the shelves of a busy charity shop.

The 62-year-old man had put the sports bag containing rings, necklaces and bracelets on the floor of the Oxfam store when it was taken.
