Labour petition on knives goes to Holyrood

Labour leader Iain Gray claimed yesterday that combating knife crime was �right at the top of the agenda� for ordinary people. Campaigning in Greenock with John Muir, a local father who lost his son to a stabbing, Mr Gray said: "The SNP government and Justice Minister Kenny MacAskill have not done enough".
