Scotland’s taste for dairy produce appears to be growing, and today we consume around 11% more butter than we did a decade ago, although most of that is imported. Lurpak, with 42% of the British market, is produced in Denmark, while Anchor, the second most popular, is from New Zealand but channelled via Denmark.
