Irene McCloy, partner of Neil Lennon, was one of the guests at the Little Black Dress fashion event  in Glasgow.

With the countdown to party season, the Scottish Style Awards treated fashion fans with the return of the Little Black Dress Salon Show in Glasgow's 29 Private Members Club.

The event, organised by Scottish Style Awards founder Mary McGowne,  and presented in association with Chambord, was a celebration of the most glamorous and iconic of fashion staples.

Hosted by STV's Laura Boyd, guests watched a runway show featuring interpretations of the little black dress from Mulberry, House of Fraser, Reiss, Cruise, L.K. Bennett, Debenhams, Karen Millen, M&Co, Hobbs, Jaeger and John Lewis.

Commenting on the show, Mary McGowne said: “The Little Black Dress is the ultimate fashion icon and the show was the most stylish precursor to the festive party season. From timeless Hollywood glamour to the hottest celebrity looks, straight-off-the-runway designer must haves to high street heaven – plus fabulous luxury gift bags from The Skin Guru and The Highland Chocolatier - guests enjoyed a spectacular treat!"
