It's the new drinks trend that is taking New York's bars by storm - carbonated cocktails.
And in a bid to keep Glasgow at the cutting edge of bar style, a city hotel has become the first in Scotland to offer the drinks.

The bar team at Champagne Central at the Grand Central Hotel say they have been working on a range of carbonated cocktails, and have now come up with the perfect menu to offer sophisticated Glaswegian barflies - until recently the drinks were only available in New York, San Francisco and London.
Three cocktails - each priced £11.95 - have been created by Champagne Central's Margaret Law, and given the seal of approval by colleagues: the gin-based Grand Violet, the Lemon Bob Bon, which mixes vodka, lemon and butterscotch, and the White Chocolate Martini, which puts a new twist on the classic cocktail.
Margaret said: "I was keen to bring something innovative and fresh to our customers and set Grand Central apart as doing something completely new. The three cocktails in the range are very elegant and of course delicious and I hope they will be a massive hit with the ladies and discerning gentlemen."
