The Scottish Fashion Awards took place in London last week - and while we won't all have made it down south to rub shoulders with the rising stars of Scottish fashion, we can bring a touch of the awards to us by copying their cocktails.
Aperol served drinks at the ceremony, and we'll bet the brand's most popular cocktail was on the menu in the shape of a Spritz.
With Aperol bringing the glamour of Italy to your drink, a large splash of Prosecco will add the sparkle. Pop in some soda and a slice of orange and you have a drink that's almost as fashionable as the clothes of Designer of the Year, Christopher Kane.
Ingredients
2 oz of Aperol
2 ½ oz of Prosseco
A splash of soda water
A slice of orange
Preparation
1 Pour Aperol over ice into a large wine glass before adding Prosecco.
2 Stir and add soda and a slice of orange.
