"It all tastes really fresh, so big flavours like coconut, coriander, chilli and garlic really stand out in each dish." And don't let a drop go to waste: "their Thai crackers are perfect for mopping up saucy goodness."

Lex G sampled the "Gaend Phed Ped Yang, which is a roast duck curry with tomatoes and pineapple in coconut milk and Thai herbs". Her verdict? "Yum yum in my tum tum!"
