Hot on the heels of London Fashion Week, Glasgow-based fashion boutique and events innovator Bold Souls last night previewed some of spring's key looks with a runway show and indie market place.

Occupying three floors of Bath Street's Hummingbird bar, the Bold Souls: Off The Catwalk event showcased award-winning fashion design from around the city, combining a ticketed fashion show with a pop-up shopping experience which featured an open-door policy from 5.30pm until 9pm.

Off the Catwalk united some of Scotland's most promising up-and-coming fashion talent including local favourite Chouchou, Scottish Fashion Award winner Joanne McGillivray, and Scotland Re:Designed New Talent shortlisted Naromode.

Vanilla Ink alumni jeweller Scarlett Erskine shared the runway with design houses Spoiled Brat, Prints of Paradise, Rock and Royalty Couture and Danni McWilliams.

The event offered the opportunity for guests to interact with the designers, as well as trying on items from the show and purchasing pieces on the night itself.

Off The Catwalk is the latest in a series of nights from Bold Souls, conceived and organised by designer Silvia Pellegrino.  Dedicated to shaking up the local fashion scene, Pellegrino's ventures focus on a collaborative and accessible production celebrating the best of Scotland's flourishing fashion scene. Pellegrino explained: "What makes Bold Souls so unique are the people. On one hand, the creative talent is the real engine of the show but also everyone who supports it, writes and blogs about it.

"Our wish is that all the people who are involved in our events feel like they're part of a vibrant community and that they have the opportunity to learn, grow and be inspired."
