The newest addition to the bustling Finnieston area of Glasgow is Ox and Finch, which offers diners a gastro feast with dishes that maximise on flavour and provenance.
The restuarant is led by head chef Jonathan MacDonald, previous chef of the McLaren Formula One team.
Diners are encouraged to order a selection of the dishes which are based in size on tapas in order to mix and match.
