This week Herald Social's at the City of Glasgow College's Burns Supper and the Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Scotland Burns Supper at the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow.

BBC Two MasterChef The Professionals winner and chef lecturer Gary Maclean was at the new City campus to delight guests with a special haggis. 

The evening also saw the unveiling of the college’s flag, presented to Principal Paul Little by the Rt Hon Lord Lyon King of Arms Dr Joseph Morrow QC.

MORE than £46,000 was raised for SBH Scotland thanks to the 400 guests at this year’s event. 

Hosted by former Scottish international rugby player Andy Nicol, the black tie fundraiser saw Only an Excuse star Jonathan Watson recite Tam o’ Shanter and comedian Eric Davidson present the Toast to the Lassies.
