THE retro delights of prawn cocktail, dinner parties and fondue are back as Six by Nico restaurants in Glasgow and Edinburgh aim to transport guests to the 1970s. Chef Nico Simeone's £28 six-course tasting menu includes spam and mash, shellfish marie rose, chicken Kiev, salmon tikka marsala and duck a l’orange. There is a vegetarian alternative available for every course.
