What is it?

A high capacity portable power bank to quickly charge mobiles and tablets.

Good points?

The Aukey PB-T11 is small enough to be placed in most pockets and weighs 555g which although significantly heavier than a mobile phone won’t bog you down too much.

There are four connector ports – 2x input and 2x output – meaning most cable types you have to hand will be compatible, be it Apple or otherwise.

The Quick Charge 3.0 port is a great touch and enables popular Qualcomm processor devices to be charged significantly faster than the regular USB kind.

Visual indication of battery life is represented through colours on the LED which will allow you to recharge at the right moments and not let the bank get too depleted as this can negatively affect future performance like most batteries.

Bad points?

The gadget is packaged with a USB type-C cable for charging mobile devices but this connector can't in turn be used to recharge the Aukey device. You need a lightning or micro-USB cable bring it back to life.

When the power level of the device is almost depleted you can expect a lengthy charge time to get it back to a state where you can begin using it again. You can reduce this by utilising both input ports at the same time from the wall outlets.
