GATEHOUSE Bank has bought the Bridge View and Consort House property in Aberdeen for £59.9 million.
The 159,170 sq ft property houses approximately 1500 people and is home to Petrofac's North Sea headquarters, as well as the NHS.
The seller was Northern Irish firm Ulster Estates, with the sale price showing a net initial yield of 7.15%.
