Iomart has seen its share price fall more than 13 per cent in early trading.
That comes after private equity firm Cinven confirmed it was walking away from a proposed 300 pence per share offer for the Glasgow based cloud computing specialist.
Shares in Iomart were changing hands at around 228p this morning.
