Keppie hired for revamp of Ocean

ARCHITECTURAL practice Keppie Design has been hired to coordinate the refurbishment of Ocean Terminal shopping centre in Edinburgh.

London-based Resolution Property bought the mall from Forth Ports for an undisclosed sum in January this year.

Richard MacDonald, director at Keppie Design, said: "Our clients are continually reinvesting in their assets and we are pleased to play a role to potentially increase revenue.
