TRAVEL firm Minoan Group is issuing almost four million new shares and has completed the acquisition of Stewart Travel Centre.
More than 2.8 million of the shares will be for the family owners of Glasgow-based John Semple Travel who have chosen to take stock rather than settle a loan of £320,000.
Alongside that Minoan is issuing more than 1.1 million for a convertible loan agreement with an existing shareholder.
