THE Bay Fish & Chips in Stonehaven and compostable cutlery provider Vegware are among the 17 finalists for the 2014 European Business Awards for the environment.
Calum and Lindsay Richardson, owners of The Bay, buy produce from sustainable and Fairtrade sources as well as using compostable packaging and renewable energy. Edinburgh based Vegware makes its cutlery from renewable or recycled materials. The winners will be named in December.
