RB Farquhar pays around £2.5 million for Stopsave

FORMER bathroom pod manufacturer RB Farquhar has made its first acquisition since emerging from administration earlier this year.

The Huntly business is paying around £2.5 million for oil and gas height safety product supplier and training provider Stopsave.

Stopsave founder Bill Davidson – who set up the Ellon, Aberdeenshire, business in 2000 – is staying on and all 10 staff will remain.
