PROPERTY group Helical Bar has bought two retail warehouses in Harrogate and Stockport for £12 million, giving it a steady income stream.
The Harrogate site is currently let to consumer electronics retailer Dixons Carphone for a further 11 years, while the Stockport warehouse is on a ten-year lease to discount chain B&M.
