Water firm takes the plunge into Wales

WATER quality engineering company Panton McLeod is setting up an operation in Wales after securing a three-year contract with Welsh Water, and has moved to a much bigger head office in the Scottish Borders.

Panton McLeod highlighted the part which a move last year to Clydesdale Bank, and notably use of this institution's invoice finance offering, is playing in helping it manage its growth effectively.

The water sector specialist moved its banking from HBOS, part of Lloyds Banking Group.
