THE former managing director of Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce is moving to a new role in the higher education sector.
Graham Birse, who spent eight years with the Chamber, is taking a position as director of The Edinburgh Institute of Leadership and Management Practice.
The institute is based at Edinburgh Napier Univer-sity's business school and provides specialist learning courses for senior managers and business executives.
