The Co-operative Group announced two new board members as part of the strengthening of the governance of the worker-owned business agreed last year.
Chief executive of Moneysupermarket.com Peter Plumb and Stevie Spring, former chief executive of magazine and digital publisher Future, will both join the board from June 25.
