Managing partners at law firm get permanent roles

DUNDAS & Wilson has confirmed its acting managing partners have been elected to the role on a permanent basis.

Caryn Penley, head of UK banking and financial services, and Scottish real estate leader Allan Wernham will serve four-year terms after a vote by the firm's partners.

The duo have been sharing responsibility for the role since Donald Shaw stood down in March.
