OMEGA Diagnostics chief executive saw his pay package rise 5% from £150,938 to £158,125 in 2011.
The company's annual report showed Andrew Shepherd received a basic salary of £145,000 and a bonus of £13,125.
Finance director Kieron Harbinson saw his overall rewards rise from £119,363 to £125,688.
In 2011, the Alva business reported a 41% increase in sales to £11.1 million with pre-tax profits rising more than 400% to £479,427.
