Engineering consultancy Upton McGougan has appointed a new head for its Scottish office.
Richard Hoskins will be relocating from the company's site in Winchester, Hampshire, to Edinburgh to take up the role as an associate director.
Mr Hoskins has spent 30 years in the industry and has worked for Balfour Beatty, Ove Arup and Mouchel Consulting.
