We added another £4156 to our notional cash pile last week after evicting another two shares from our investment portfolios under the stop/loss system.

The disposals resulted in a small loss on our holding in B&Q retailer Kingfisher but a total profit of £1173 (58.6%) on an initial £2000 invested in Smart Metering Systems.

We still believe in future prospects for both companies but their share prices have fallen some 10% from previous peaks and we will await signs of stabilisation before we consider reinvesting.
