Tim Cullen, 65, from Stirling, retired six years ago.
He owned a half share in a family business, giving him enough money to retire on, and also had a private pension but needed an extra income from his capital to support himself and his wife in retirement. He works two days a week for a car hire firm "to help pay for the holidays".
